What is your role? Is a program which started in 2009, with the iniciative of a group of people interested for the environment care and to offer help to those institutions in need.News

OBJECTIVES
This program is oriented to achieve different objectives:To obtain economical resources in order to meet different needs from institutions of our community (schools, Food & Health Community Centers, Non-Governmental Organizations with solidarity purposes, among others).
To contribute with the environment protection, promoting adequate habits for its permanent defense.
To educate, mainly to children and teenagers in those actions that may contribute to protect the environment
To elaborate a solidarity project where members of the society participate and play a fundamental roll.
To promote the creation of alliances between institutions and companies from our own city, with the intention of moving on with such project.
COMPLETED ACTIONS
On February, 2013, all collected funds through paper and cardboard recycling were donated for participants of the program “What is your roll?” The funds collected were donated to a School for Handicapped Students N 1206 CANEA to repair the kitchen for this institution which attends students with learning & personality disorders with mental retardation, genetic syndromes, neuromuscular diseases and pathologies with severe motor & sensitive disorders.CURRENT ACTIONS
From this year on, in addition of papers and cardboard, also plastic caps were received and collected funds for this recycling material sales is donated to “Asociación Civil Hogar Familia” (Civil Home and Family Association) This institution, meant to offer possibilities to Intellectually Handicapped Children and Teenagers living immersed in a social risk context. Among different needs to be addressed at the Civil Home and Family Association, we have a Restroom Construction and the replacement of the aluminum opening for others more resistant and also safer.
